Awe F'shore Photography

1. Rates are for one-time, non-exclusive print ad use in SURFER, SURFING, TRANSWORLD SURF, SURFER'S PATH, SURF EUROPE, TRACKS, ASW and/or ALS Magazines with a circulation of over 100,000. Second insertions pay a 50% fee.

2. For all other surf publications (U.S. and foreign) with circulation under 100,000 the rate will be 50% of rates listed (i.e.: HAPPY MAGAZINE, SURFSHOT, CARBON MAGAZINE, MUNDO RAD!, etc.).

3. For non-surf publications the fee will be negotiated at current market rates, based on current FotoQuote rates.

4. For water shots, add 30% to listed rates. For sequences, add 25% to the listed rates.

5. Fees are for specific one-time use and separation and scan of photograph when necessary.

6. Color transparencies and prints must be returned in the same condition they were received. A minimum fee of $2,500 will be charged for lost or damaged original transparencies. All digital images must be removed from your computers and servers after use and expiration of license.

7. Ron Woolhether, Awe F’shore Photography and/or awefoto.com assumes no responsibility for photos used without model releases. It is the responsibility of the advertiser to secure model releases for commercial use of any identifiable persons.

8. Photo submissions do not convey reproduction rights. Rights to use the images are tendered by invoice and are granted only upon payment of that invoice.

SPECIAL NOTES: - Any advertiser who uses photos obtained through Ron Woolhether, Awe F’shore Photography or awefoto.com is required to inform us, either by e-mail or phone, of any and all use. Failure to do so will result in a minimum 300% increase in photo rate.

All photos must be accompanied by a photo credit. Example: Photo: WOOLHETHER
